Here are some answers to common questions about our room rental service:

Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to one month rent.

How much notice do I need to give when leaving?

After your initial 6 month contract, you will need to give one month's notice from the rent due day. For example if you pay your rent on the 14th of the month, if you give notice on or before the 14th of the month, you can be released from your contract on the 13th of the following month.

How quickly can I rent a room?

If you qualify, you could be in your stylish new room within just a few days!
