For those who qualify, we can offer you guaranteed rent on your property, 12 months a year, come rain or shine.

How Does It Work?

We essentially take on management of your property and pay you a guaranteed sum of rent each month, over a long term (usually at least 3 years).

It’s then our job to keep the rooms let to our professional clients, while you relax and simply collect your rent. We cover all your letting costs and even do most small repairs ourselves. You got into property for the investment, not the headaches, after all!

In what areas do you take properties on?

We take on properties in all areas of East London and Essex.

What types of property to do take on?

Normally we will take on properties with a minimum of 3 bedrooms.

How quick is the process?

If your property is in good lettable shape then we could be up and running in just a few weeks.

How do I get paid?

We will deposit the agreed rent into your account on the same date every month.

Will I be paid a deposit?

As we'll be completing a management contract with you, as opposed to a regular tenancy agreement, no deposit will be paid to you directly, but we will hold deposits from tenants so you can rest assured that any damages will be taken care of.

What are your fees?

We are here to save you money, not cost you money, so no fees will be charged!

Does my property need to be furnished?

Your property will ideally be furnished to a high standard, however we can often work out deals for unfurnished properties too.

How do I know my property won't get damaged?

We make regular inspections and will retain deposits from tenants so any damages will be taken care of.

Who pays for repairs?

We are always happy to take care of any small repairs and maintenance, to make your life as easy as possible!
